10.1 egroup88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: a player breaches these Terms; egroup88 suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; KYC documentation cannot be verified; or a player's use of the Platform poses a reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to egroup88.
10.2 Upon closure of an account for cause under these Terms, egroup88 is not obligated to return any Balance where the breach that triggered closure involved misrepresentation, fraud, or violation of applicable law.
10.3 Players may close their own egroup88 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified Balance will be returned to the player's last verified withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding wagering obligations.
